The Hot Corner: Plays for Tuesday, June 6th

The model did it's job yesterday. Back to the lab let's keep it going!

Jesus Luzardo O6.5 Ks -141

*KC gave up 11 Ks last night (capable of giving up double digits easily

*KC strikes out 24.8% vs LHP in L30

*SEVEN strike out targets in today's lineup

I hate to say this is FREE but Luzardo should absolutely rack up the Ks tonight.

Mitch Keller O7.5 Ks +117

*OAK strikes out 28% vs RHP in L30

*5 batters in the lineup are strike out targets

This may be a trap but I am jumping in face first. I have been on Keller's lines all season and this matchup is tough to avoid even though OAK has been striking out less as of late - Keller is KING.

Lucas Giolito O5.5 Ks +106

*NYY strike out 23% vs RHP in L30

*NYY allows 4th most Ks in L3

*5 strike out targets in the lineup

Trusting CWS pitchers has been brutal (except Kopech as of late) but the Yankees made Bobby Miller on the Dodgers look like a top tier strike out pitcher (no knock to him). At plus money - auto smash play.

James Paxton U5.5 Ks -126

*CLE allows 2nd least Ks in L3 (5.67)

*CLE strikes out 14.3% vs LHP in L30

*2 strike out targets in the lineup

Paxton has been as consistent as they come but this Guardian's lineup is stingy against LHP. I like that trend to continue.
