Léa The Leox Shares Sensual Visual To New Single ‘The Inevitable’

After releasing “The Inevitable” in August, Léa The Leox has provided a full-length visual to her summer hit. Clocking in at under three minutes, Léa The Leox brings her fiery Leo spirit to the mesmerizing melody of her latest single.

Beginning with the simplicity of two lovers’ hands reaching out for each other in front of a red background, their silhouettes conceal their identity but not their pull toward one another. Fighting between love and lust, Lèa and her lover convey their relationship candidly through her lyrics.

“You stay on my mind/ You keep me open/ Try to deny/ Every omen/ Hard as I try /My heart has chosen,” she sings in the chorus over a Latin-infused R&B production.

In the visual, Léa lays down next to her lover looking deep into her eyes as she expresses the lustful need for closeness disclosing her sexual vulnerability in the bridge of the song.

“Trying not to overcomplicate it/ But I’m thinkin’ bout you, dreamin’ bout you naked/Maybe we should sit down and have a conversation/End it with your hands on me touchin’ places,” she sings.

In the last verse, Léa expands on the pull between her and her lover that not only in this current place in their life they belong together but that they are destined to find one another over and over again.

“Stayed through the good and the bad times (Good and the bad times)/Loved you in all of my past lives/Even when everything changed.”

The Massachusettes native conveys her inspiration behind the track in a conversation with Earmilk,  “I had the idea of Newton’s third law, like with every action there is a reaction. I thought of an undeniable connection. Even in some toxic scenarios, no matter what you do, I push, and you pull. Our love is so undeniable, it transcends space, time, and binary,” she says.

“The Inevitable” follows the release of her debut six-track EP Purpose in 2023 which includes songs such as “Topanga Blues,” “Over Again,” and the title track.
