*PHI gives up 2nd most Ks on the season and L3

Max Scherzer U6.5 Ks -130

*Reverse from Sandy's write up - Scherzer only had 6 vs the Marlins who are a far better matchup than SD (7th least Ks allowed)

Bryce Elder O5.5 Ks -136

*CIN is 9th in most Ks allowed - lineup is a plus for Ks today. Elder is more than capable of going over

Jose Suarez U4.5 Ks +108

*WAS allows 3rd least Ks and 4th in L3

*Suarez gets around 80 pitches a start - take the plus money
