The Hot Corner: Plays for Thursday, April 27th

Yesterday we were ambitious and it stung us. Back to the lab we go. This will be updated throughout the day as lineups are confirmed.

Mitch Keller O5.5 Ks -109

*Keller has had two games under 6 Ks - great bounce back vs 4th most K'd team (9.48)

*5 confirmed hitters in lineup strike out more than 25%

Matt Strahm O5.5 Ks -143

*SEA is 8th most Ks per game this season (9.38) & 2nd most in L3 (12.33)

*SEA has 5 hitters in the lineup with 5+Ks

Seth Lugo U4.5 Ks +120

*This is a SHARP play - Lugo has been racking up the Ks as of late

*CHI Cubs allow 10th least Ks per game this season (8.13) & tied for 3rd in L3 (6.67)

*Cubs only have two hitters in the lineup who strike out over 25% of the time

Logan Webb U5.5 Ks -137

*STL allows the 8th least Ks per game this season (8.08) & 2nd least in L3 (6)

*Only 3 hitters in the lineup strike out over 25% of the time

*Tough to fade Webb while he has been dominant but this is the sharp play

Joey Wentz U4.5 Ks -112

*BAL allows the 12th least Ks per game this season (8.25) & is the least in L3 (2.67)

*3 hitters in the lineup strike out more than 25% of the time - Wentz isn't a strikeout guy to begin with (over only once in L4)
