Dallas, TX has seen an emergence in musical talents over the past few years with the emergence of Kaash Paige and Yella Beezy leading the way for the new generation of Dallas artists. Along with the initial wave of Dallas artists is R&B singer/songwriter Lexaay. The talented vocalist delivered two spacey R&B singles in 2020 as anticipation continues to build for her latest release, thanks in part to the visual for the single “No Rest”, which has racked up over 3,000 views on YouTube.
After two impressively sounding singles, the anticipation for more grows. The mark of many R&B talents is to deliver a lasting body of work that can stand the test of time. Many have made sonically pleasing singles, but how many can provide an enjoyable and full body of work? That question remains for Lexaay, the talented Dallas native.
